This policy explains what Popping Studio collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email or phone, how you would like us to reach you, the age of the dancer, the class you are interested in and your message. We don't ask for a child's name, birth date, photo or any medical detail on this site, and please don't include any in your message. If you register, we ask what we need privately, through the studio's registration page.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to hold a place in a class. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the studio except the services that send our email and host this site.

Photos and video

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media. You can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo. Filming in class follows our phone and recording policy.

Keeping and deleting

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of your inquiry. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by calling or writing to the studio.
